Welcome to Phillip Morony and Natasha Burkett
Phill Morony
Cube welcomes Phill Morony. Phill is a Risk Management and Assurance consultant with over 25 years experience in the global resources industry. His experience has included the development and implementation of management systems covering Policies, EHS, Risk Management (ERM), Fraud Management, Document Control, Audit / Self Assessment and Gold Security. Phill’s initial focus has been the development and improvement of security management systems for several African gold operations. Upon his return to Australia, Phill will apply his project and risk management expertise to several large scale mining and defence projects. Phill’s engagement also marks the commencement of Cube’s management consulting business unit.
Natasha Burkett
Natasha is a specialist in the new NGERS (National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Scheme) legislation and is working with Garry Back to design and implement a comprehensive NGERS reporting model as part of the INX suite of applications. |

Each of the INX modules is a ‘best of breed’ application that has been designed based on the feedback of industry professionals to create a product that meets current best practice and industry Standards.
Gindalbie will initially be the using the InControl module to manage occupational health, safety, environment and risk management; InFlight to manage rosters, travel and accommodation and InTuition to manage people compliance and training.

Climate Ready Grant
Cube has been awarded a A$500k grant to further develop its environmental compliance, monitoring and sustainability management tools as part of the INX product strategy. The environmental strategy is well advanced with several prototypes developed in partnership with a range of customers including Vale Australia and Gindalbie Metals.
Key aspects of the project include the development of corporate environmental monitoring and reporting including management of greenhouse emissions in regard to NGERS (National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Scheme).
The project will give Cube’s customers the enterprise level tools required to meet their environmental reporting obligations as well as providing a comprehensive web application to track, manage and report their environmental performance.

Cube welcomes Mike Millad
Cube welcomes Mike Millad who has joined Cube as a Principal Geostatistician. Mike, and his family have recently immigrated from South Africa to commence a new life in Australia. Mike is a qualified geologist and geostatistician having completed the CFSG advanced geostatistics course in Fontainebleau, France during 2006/07. Mike worked for De Beers in South Africa for nearly 15 years where he has gained world class expertise as a geologist and geostatistician in the evaluation of alluvial and Kimberlite diamond deposits. The addition of Mike’s expertise will significantly add to the dynamics of our established geological consulting team. |

Cube Consulting has won the opportunity to implement the INX workflorce and compliance application across the Downer EDI group.
INX will support Downer EDI’s group wide Zero Harm strategy in regard to its people, the environment and business sustainability.
Downer EDI is an engineering and contracting group that provides key services to critical infrastructure projects and assets in the Asia Pacific region with evolving reach into Asia, South Africa, South America, the Middle East and the United Kingdom. The group employs around 24,000 people and consists of the Works, Engineering, Mining, Rail and Consulting divisions.

Cube Builds Team
Cube welcomes new members to the R&D and Consulting teams adding capability for product development and customer services.
Gillian Shallow
Gillian joins Cube as Environmental Consultant with formal environmental science and post graduate engineering qualifications. She comes from a background in the waste water industry with practical experience with environment management in Australia and Britain. Gillian will be working with the R&D project to build Cube’s InViron system for management of approvals, obligations, stakeholders, data management and reporting. The InViron project is sponsored by the Federal Government’s Climate Ready Grant scheme.
Stephen Harber
Stephen joined the INX team in the role of Implementation & Training Consultant. Steve has a diverse background from several years in the Australian Defence Force to service delivery of software and hardware solutions for large commercial & government agencies. In the short time that Steve has been with us he has taken a lead role in the review of applications used for INX support and implementations.
Dayle Parker
Dayle joined the INX team in the role of INX Support and Training Officer. Dayle has previously worked in roles where her main responsibility has been to provide training and support for finance and maintenance management systems. Dayle has worked for companies such as HWE, Rio Tinto, BHP and FMC Technologies.
Andrew Kubicki
Andrew is a Business and Quality Assurance Analyst who specialises in the automation of software quality procedures. He holds a Bachelor Engineering in Information Technology as well as International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) and Australian and New Zealand Testing Board (ANZTB) qualifications. Andrew will be applying his experience and skills to improving the quality and focus of our R&D products.
Gordon Macphail
Gordon is an accomplished software developer and architect with over 15 years experience designing and building innovative solutions spanning knowledge management, change management and corporate internets. Gordon has a passion for the research and discovery of new technologies and will be applying his talents to building InViron - Cube's sustainability management solution.
Alex Bogoni
Alex is an experienced ASP.Net Web Applications Specialist with a passion for Web Software Architecture, User Interface Design and AJAX Business Components. Alex will be applying his skills to creating dynamic and interactive user experiences across our R&D products.
