This is the first of what will be a quarterly newsletter that will be forwarded to you in the first week of each quarter. As the new Professional Services Manager for Cube’s INX business my immediate priority has been to commence a program of contacting all of the INX customers. This is a process I will be maintaining with a view to understand your current needs, be aware of any issues and improve our service delivery to you. I’d like to thank everyone for their feedback and I look forward to getting to know everyone in the coming months. Please feel free to contact me if you have any matters or requirements that you would like to discuss.
It seems that customers are generally very happy with INX. However, clearly we need to do a lot better with its helpdesk and technical support services. |

• Developing a web based helpdesk kiosk service that will allow INX users to track their issues on line (aiming for a December 2010 start)
• In the process of working with our training department to set up weekly classroom style training events that users can book themselves into (Schedules for those events will be published on the Cube website in the coming weeks. I’ll provide more details in our next monthly newsletter)
• Commenced development of improved reporting capabilities including data warehousing and executive dashboard capabilities |

| Focus on Staff: Greg Robinson - Professional Services Manager |
After extensive global travel owning nothing but the backpack on my shoulders, I returned to Perth to bounce between a degree in geology and one in commerce. I decided on commerce when the geology lecturer told me to buy a rock hammer! I knew it was the right choice when I sold all of my text books two weeks later for a profit.
Completing my information systems and accounting major, I found roles as a consultant deploying systems nationally and internationally particularly throughout South East Asia. Moving up the ranks as a project manager, I became involved in large implementation projects for ERP and other strategic information systems. Again in quick succession I went from
consultant to project manager to end up in operational and general management positions.
On a major 3.5 year systems implementation in Singapore I led a large team through the trials and tribulations of the
software development cycle and managed the live phase of the project as the system was deployed to 4.5 million people across the country. Never has the saying that “what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger” been more appropriate.
In my role at CUBE I bring the company and our clients, many years of experience in deployment core business systems in diverse organisations. Our professional services team has many years experience in providing project management,
consulting and training across a broad range of businesses. We recommend that our customers use our service and
expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes with their respective INX systems.
The team and myself will be engaging with our customers on a more active basis going forward and you can expect to be contacted on a regular basis.
We can offer you a range of services including;
• Expert Consulting on our INX Suite
• Training on the INX Suite
• Interfaces to 3rd Party systems
• Project Management
• INX System Audit and Review
CUBE continues to be a progressive company leading the way in Occupational Health safety and sustainability with the truly world class solution, INX. I look forward to engaging with your business in the near future.
