Rindra has worked in the mining and exploration industry for over 20 years. She started her career in South Africa on various multimillion ounce platinum projects, where she developed her skills in geological data gathering, QAQC and geological interpretation. The highlight of her career in South Africa was being part of the team that proved up to 30 million ounces of platinum with Lonmin PLC in the northern limb of the Bushveld complex.
When she moved to Australia in 2008, Rindra focused her career on resource estimation and started work for Gemcom software, where she became highly proficient in the use of Surpac 3D modelling software. Following this, she joined a WA/SA exploration company where she was the main resource geologist and dealt with a range of commodities including iron ore, tin, gold and base metals. Since joining Cube in 2016, she has improved her skills in resource estimation and worked on narrow-vein style gold deposit using 2D estimation methodology, pegmatite bearing lithium deposit and various Archean lode gold deposits.
Rindra is highly proficient in the use of Leapfrog Geo and Edge software, Supervisor and Surpac. She is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics through Edith Cowan University.
